Phoenix of Anderson and Orr/Lyons Industries proudly sell fabric remnants made in the United States. Currently, more than 90% of our fabrics are still made here in the United States.

We work with more than 50 textile mills and manufacturers from all over the United States. This number is still growing as we are always purchasing from new and existing companies. Many people think the United States does not have many textile mills or manufacturing facilities, we disagree and are always finding new companies to work with.

In May of 2010 we purchased a 260,000 square foot building from Mount Vernon Mills located in Williamston, South Carolina. This purchase allowed us to expand our export division and production facility. All fabric remnants and merchandise is picked up by one of our trucks then brought into this facility. Once here, we grade out all merchandise into the proper category (more than 300 and growing) then inspected under our supervision.

Second Quality

Rolls range from 10-300 yard pieces. These are either sold as a mill pack or can be "A" or "B" quality. These are sold either by the pound or yard depending on the category and your preference.

First Quality

Rolls range from 10-300 yard pieces. These are all inspected then merchandised into the type of fabric. Prices vary depending on the quantity for each style as well as if we have to cut the rolls down to smaller sizes or widths or any other procedure.

Remnants

Flat Folded in Boxes

These boxes usually weigh between 200-250 pounds each but can also be made into 50 pound boxes as a special order. We produce approximately 15 different categories of these flat folded fabrics. The size of each piece ranges from 1-5 yards and each box has an assortment of colors, patterns, or prints unless otherwise noted.

Compressed Bales

These Bales Weigh an Average of 800 - 1,000 Pounds Depending on the Type of Fabric

All bales are produced by the different types of fabrics and categorized with a style number. The categories can be selected by the type of fabric. We currently have more than 40 different categories of baled fabrics.

Upon request and for a minimal fee, we also do contract grading and baling. If you were to order rolls from us or have merchandise at another location, we can bale them up for you.

Our contract division also offers consolidation, trucking, and freight forwarding. With the high cost of freight, allow us to maximize your containers weight and help save you money. We give you a manifest with all of your merchandise and can even take pictures for you. When you receive your merchandise, you will not have any surprises or headaches.

We encourage our existing customers and potential new customers to visit our plant in Williamston, SC. The relationship we build through business is important to us as we also consider each customer a friend and partner.
